Hi, I'm Sven

I have over ten years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach. Since 2011, I’ve been working with individuals who are serious about investing in their transformation and elevating their quality of life to the highest level. Over the years, through guiding countless clients and participating in various training and courses, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge.

Before pursuing my passion for training, nutrition, and lifestyle with Elite Fit, I also spent 6 years in the commercial sector. This not only taught me how to be results-oriented, but also how it feels to be under the pressure of stress, to sleep poorly, and to have little time for health. My experiences from both worlds have shaped me into a coach who understands what truly works (and what definitely does not) when it comes to serious transformations and raising your quality of life to the highest level.

With in-depth knowledge of lifestyle, nutrition, and training, I am here to guide you toward a healthier and, most importantly, happier version of yourself. I am done with standard plans that do not fit your schedule and restrict you from enjoying life. That’s why I’ve developed my own method. Even with a busy schedule, we will create together an approach that fits your life and body, achieving long-lasting results.

Once you sign up, I will reach out to you. I will invite you for a complimentary consultation, completely free of charge. During this conversation, you’ll gain deep insights into the various coaching options we offer, and you can ask all your burning questions. After this discussion, you’ll receive a personalized quote, and you’ll have the opportunity to secure your desired start date.

Once you begin, you’ll receive a questionnaire from us well before the start date. Once you’ve filled this out, we’ll work together to draft your plans. Once the plans are ready, we’ll translate this into daily achievable actions that fit your lifestyle and schedule. We ensure your plans are regularly updated based on the results achieved.

Throughout this process, we’ll support you in adjusting your diet and training plan, help you develop new habits, and provide you with valuable knowledge. All of this is designed to prepare you to continue independently on this path after the coaching ends. Our focus isn’t just on achieving your goal within the specified timeframe but also on maintaining this result long-term.

The frequency of contact depends on the package that suits you best. You can choose between biweekly, weekly, or twice a week (video) calls with your coach. With the premium package, you have unlimited contact options, while with the other packages, you can ask questions to your coach throughout the day of your scheduled appointment.

At Elite Fit, I take an individual approach because my coaching is also individualized. To discover where you need support and which package suits you best, I offer complimentary consultations. Once you sign up on our website, I’ll briefly call you to discuss everything. The price will be calculated for you, the duration will be discussed, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask all your questions.

I teach you how to fully enjoy life while still achieving results. Whether it’s dining out, celebrating a birthday, or going on vacation, we help you stay balanced.

My approach focuses on teaching skills that you can apply independently. I provide guidelines for intake and recommended amounts of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, but we don’t stick to a strict schedule. I teach you to remain flexible and make choices yourself, so you can achieve results without being tied to a schedule. I always look for an approach that is effective and aligns with your preferences and schedule.

If you want a sample schedule, I can certainly provide one, but I prefer to teach you how to do it yourself. A one-time meal plan is rarely a lasting solution and usually serves as a quick fix, which I don’t advocate. It often doesn’t address the underlying behavioral aspects.

What if your situation changes? What if your day doesn’t go as planned? What if you suddenly have to work late and are very busy? What if you don’t feel like one of the meals? What if certain ingredients aren’t available? With a fixed schedule, you remain stuck. But if you possess the skills I teach you, you know how to deal with this. This leads to better results, less stress about food, and long-term success. There are different ways to achieve your goals. Together, we’ll find the right approach that suits you.

Everything is tailored to you, starting from a thorough intake. Throughout the process, we test different aspects and further fine-tune everything to your needs.

Your training schedule is meticulously tailored to your starting point, strength level, genetic predisposition, physiological characteristics, desired effort, stress level, and personal schedule. You fill out this schedule weekly via our app and send it to your coach. Based on this data and contact with you, the schedule is adjusted.

At Elite Fit, I aim for weekly progress for all our clients. If this isn’t achieved, adjustments are necessary. This can range from adjusting weight, intensity, or volume in your training schedule to examining and optimizing factors like sleep and nutrition. Our goal is to find the right adjustments together with you that lead to the desired results.

At Elite Fit, I give you the freedom to choose where you train, whether it’s at home without equipment, in the gym, or outside with plenty of equipment. We adapt individually to your wishes and needs. Although the choice is yours, I’m happy to advise you on what you need to make step-by-step improvements, often recommending the gym because of the available weights.
